Everything at Oh So Yummy is carefully handmade to order, therefore standard dispatch times can vary due to busy periods. Please check our current dispatch times on our home page for latest information.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail,
Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card should be left by Royal Mail to let you know how you can collect the parcel or how to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.
If for any reason a parcel is not successfully delivered, a claim will be raised with Royal Mail 10 working days after dispatch when the parcel is then deemed lost. A full refund will then be offered once the claim is processed.
Food items are unsuitable for refunds. Although we make every effort to pack your items for a secure delivery, if your product was brought as a gift and you feel is no longer unsuitable to gift due to being damaged during transit, please contact Oh So Yummy admin team at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 72 hours of receipt, with a picture of the damaged product a picture of the packaging, Order Number, and consultant and customers name. The admin team will deal with your request.
No requests in regards to delivery or damaged products will be dealt with by your upline or owner of the business.
